To use, choose the skin, install into your T3 and soft reset.
(There are 2 versions, one is the standard version with a -S, and the other for T3AgendaBG Background and Skin Manager)

I do not own a T3 myself, but many users have reported success in using the skin, nevertheless make sure you backup before you install anything.

Q : Why are the icons not showing on my T3?
A : Three of the icons should show, except the Calc icon, which I understand resides in ROM, thus cannot be changed.

Q : How do I uninstall the skin?
A : To uninstall, use Filez, look for StatusBarResources and delete that. Reset and you are back to the default skin.

Q : Why is it so grainy, unlike the images shown?
A : The skin has to be reduced to 256 colours thus the dithering. Images are not depicting actual screenshots
